Somatics for Organizations & Groups

Support Staff and Clients. Strengthen Your Mission. Build More Liberatory Workplaces.

Mission-driven organizations and values-aligned businesses know that real change happens not only through strategy—but through people. Somatics helps staff and clients develop the resilience, awareness, and relational skills needed to sustain meaningful work, navigate conflict, and stay connected to purpose.

Whether you’re a nonprofit, school, foundation, or a socially conscious company, somatics can support staff, clients, or teams, depending on your goals.

Why Somatics Helps Organizations Thrive

Somatics offers tools that help staff and clients:

Build emotional regulation and resilience, especially under stress

Strengthen relationships and communication

Navigate conflict with more clarity and less reactivity

Develop leadership that is aligned with values and mission

Interrupt patterns that contribute to burnout and overwhelm

Create more just, embodied, and compassionate organizational cultures

In mission-driven environments—where the work is urgent, relational, and often emotionally demanding—somatics gives people practical, body-based ways to sustain themselves and one another.

Ways We Can Work Together

I offer several options for organizations depending on your goals, size, and capacity. All offerings can be virtual or in-person (DC area). Each option can support staff, clients, or both, depending on your needs.

Pricing & Accessibility for Organizations

Organizational pricing reflects the scale, preparation, and customization involved—but I also strive to make this work accessible for values-aligned groups.

Pricing varies based on:

  • Organizational size and budget

  • Number of participants

  • Virtual vs. in-person

  • Level of customization

  • Series vs. one-time events

Typical Ranges:

  • Introductory Workshop (1.5 hours): $500 - $1500

  • Small group coaching series (4-6 sessions for 6 participants): $1000 - $3500

  • 1:1 Coaching for organizations: $200 - $300 per session, reduced rates for longer term engagements

  • Retainer-based support: Custom packages available

Sliding Scale for Organizations:
I use a values-based sliding scale to support organizations with limited budgets—particularly nonprofits, mutual aid groups, youth programs, and grassroots organizations. If you're committed to equity but financially constrained, we can discuss options.

Our Clients Say

"Leah provided our team and community members with a terrific introduction to somatics over Zoom. Her facilitation and training skills are fantastic! With her warm, friendly, and gentle tone, she creates a wonderfully accepting space, and masterfully blends her story, instruction, practice time, and opportunities for our team to share experiences.

The 20 participants were fully engaged throughout, and I hope this leads many to develop a regular practice to become more centered and effective community leaders."
