ABOUT LEAH
Leah Landry (she/her) is a Strozzi Institute-trained somatic coach and International Coaching Federation-certified professional who works with individuals, teams, and organizations seeking to bring more clarity, resilience, and alignment to their work and lives. She helps people reconnect with their bodies, explore their values, and take thoughtful action toward the kind of change they want to see in their communities.

As a white cisgender woman with class privilege, Leah continuously reflects on her own position within systems of power and uses her skills and resources to build a world where everyone can thrive. She centers listening, accountability, and embodied awareness in all of her work, creating spaces where people can grow, collaborate, and take meaningful action.
HOW SOMATICS HELPS
Lasting change isn’t just about knowledge — it’s about feeling and practicing new ways of being. Somatic coaching helps people notice how their bodies respond to stress, build awareness of patterns, and take aligned action. Through guided practices, Leah helps clients move past feeling “stuck in their heads” so they can lead, collaborate, and live with greater ease and impact.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Originally from the Midwest, Leah now lives on Piscataway and Anacostan land (Washington, D.C.). Outside of her paid work, she finds joy in reading, sewing, running, video games, baking, continuously making new friends, and co-hosting the Bookmergency podcast.
